Unboxing & My First Impressions On Rucy's Vanity PH

8/21/2017

Hey, dolls! Today, I am back with another unboxing and capsule review of my beloved Korean beauty and skincare products. I am very excited to tell everyone about this brand, Rucy's Vanity, that offers affordable Korean cosmetics and skincare products. I know getting our hands on the most coveted products from South Korea can be a bit of a work--they are always in demand, a bit costly, and sometimes, there are custom's duties to pay. Fret not, because Rucy's Vanity is here to save the day (and save help save some of our hard-earned moolah's too!)

Rucy's Vanity was founded in 2007 under Derm Plus Trading Inc., they offer 100% authentic Korean beauty and skincare products. The company is also affiliated with Derm Plus Korea Co., Ltd., who manufactures Rucy's Vanity in Korea. They are well-known in providing quality products without breaking the bank, thus, earning the trust of beauty enthusiasts. Currently, the company offers a wide range of skincare and beauty products to the market.

Anyway, I have heard so much about this brand and I was very happy that I was given a chance to work with them. They sent me amazing products and I am very thankful for the generosity of the company. Without further ado, here are the goodies that I got:

Whitening Body Lotion, Lip & Cheek Tint, Liquid Eyeliner, Liquid Mascara, Two-Way Cake

First on the list is this Lip & Cheek Red Tint. I am impressed with this tint's formula! It come out as a gel-like substance that melts into a liquid that's very easy to blend, so creating a gradient effect is really effortless. Plus, unlike some of the tint's that I have tried, this doesn't dry the lips out since it is formulated with green tea collagen. A little amount of the product goes a long way and is very pigmented too.

This Gleamy Lavish Waterproof Mascara is the answer to my barely there eyelashes problem! I love how this adds volume and lengthens my lashes but still looking oh-so-natural! Also, this mascara doesn't make my eyelashes clump, which is a plus point for me! And yes, it's really waterproof.

As a person who does not know how to apply a liquid eyeliner, I am very impressed with the precision of this eyeliner. It's very easy to apply and is smudge-proof too! I am surprised that I actually made a successful winged eye look using this eyeliner. However, this dries very fast so you got to be careful when applying. Plus, it smells chocolate-y too!

I have sensitive skin and I haven't used a whitening lotion for quite awhile now but I am amazed how this lotion locks in moisture. It also does not make my skin react and crack like most scented body lotions do to me. It is formulated with aloe vera, portulaca, green tea, centella, and moraceae; ingredients that are known to soothe and calm the skin. The formula is not heavy on the skin and feels like the consistency water when applied. Smells very nice too!

I love all the products that I have got from Rucy's Vanity, but I must admit that this two-way cake is my favorite among them all. I was hesitant to try this at first because I thought the shade is too light for me but I was impressed that it actually blended on my skin. I usually stay away from powder foundations because they make your skin look flat and dull, but this two-way cake from Rucy's Vanity definitely exceeded my expectations! It makes the skin very smooth without making you look flat and dull, and hides the pores very well! In terms of oil control, this also works like magic!

If you are in search for affordable yet high-quality Korean beauty and skincare products, I definitely recommend that you go and check out Rucy's Vanity. Their items are really affordable and you have a wide-range of products to choose from too. Anyway, I am just hoping they'd release a few shades for their lip and cheek tint line because the product is very promising. Another thing, they ship out really fast and arrives pretty early too!

Rucy's Vanity is available in 100+ stores nationwide including SM Hypermarket, SM Supermarket, Puregold, Uno, Centro, Metro & Fishermall.

    1. Hello, Star!

I suggest you dab on some lip balm before applying lip tints or any lip products; especially if they're water-based because they really tend to dry our lips out. :)

      Have a great day!

  2. I believe you switched the photo of the liquid eyeliner and the mascara. :) You're welcome.

The cheek tint looks like a long way to go. Plus, for its consistency, it is cheap for only Php80. Wow.
